Membrane system
It is often the case that the bone extenuates and some of it gets absorbed so bone substitution is necessary before the implant is being placed. There are various ways to substitute bone but autogenous bone substitution is the most effective of all. In order to achieve the desired result it is of utmost importance to obtain and stabilize autogenous bone garft. One solution for obtaining and fixing the autograft is with the use of titanium membrane.
